RETURN POLICY

Right of revocation, withdrawal or refunded

The purchaser has 14 business days to return a product if it is not satisfied. Within this period, you can return the product (the cost of the return shipping will be paid by the customer) along with the bill. This right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to specifications given by you or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

For any package you wish to return, the shipping costs will be paid by the customer. We recommend that you protect your (s) Item (s), if you return something in exercising your right of withdrawal, or for damage, or defects that are not covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, you will be responsible for any damages suffered during transport. Therefore, we suggest you return the goods by registered post or carrier and with product value insurance. This insurance will be very useful in case of damage or loss of the goods by the carrier. In any case, the expenses of return are the responsibility of the purchaser.

When the customer returns a product in the exercise of the right of withdrawal, we will only accept products that are returned in their original packaging, new and complete (with accessories, manuals, wires, etc.). We will not accept items that have been sent incomplete, spoiled, or damaged by the customer and we only accept refunds when any use of the property has been subject to the nature of it.

The deadlines previously mentioned are applied from the day of receiving the order.

Note that you have to check the item before signing the delivery, if there is any broken or damaged item caused by you, this is not under warranty.

To make a return, please contact us at clientes@baniluz.com or through our contact formindicating your personal details, order number, and the reason for returning. As soon as possible we will contact you to manage the operation.

We will reject all the packages sent to the headquarters of baniluz and / or that are sent postpaid. In these cases the package will be refused and returned.

 

In case of refund: 

If the item is returned within seven bussiness days (the date stamp, certificate or delivery note of the carrier will attest it) from the day of home delivery, Baniluz will refund your money by the same method used for you to make the payment. If this method of refund is not practicable, Baniluz will refund by bank transfer to the account number you indicate and you held. If technical analysis of product under the right of withdrawal is done, Baniluz will do everything possible to refund the customer in the shortest time. This term will depend on the technical tests conducted by the Service Center of the manufacturer, with a maximum length of 30 days.
