General Fees:

To get better prices on shipping, our rates depend on the location of the destination and weight / volume. Obviously is not the same shipping a light bulb or a bathroom cabinet. The guidance prices are in the following table (you could see the final prices when ordering).
 

The shipping and / or management fees are not included in the price and will be shown before checkout depending on your shipping address for each order. These rates do not include installing or the implementation. In addition, in high-volume deliveries (as bathroom furniture), the carrier may need help from you to download the objects, as these shipments are "door to door". Shipping costs to the Canary Islands,Ceuta,Melillaand areas outside the European Customs Union does not include the costs (tariffs) on imports (if required), that will be paid in cash on arrival by the receiver of the goods.

 

Delivery Times


Products purchased in baniluz.com will be shipped according to the delivery areas available at the moment (currently all European Union countries (EU-EU), regardless of its currency). The order will be shipped to the address indicated at the time you made your purchase.

The time between placing the order and the date of first delivery by the carrier at the address specified in the order, correspond to these two factors:

1. The shipment preparation time (24-48 h) = validation and verification of data and preparation of payment + order + collected by the carrier. * Please note that shipments of bathroom furniture are always out on Tuesdays. (If your order is express, let us know).

2. The transport term and delivery of your order. You will be informed by email with delivery information and an expected delivery date announced by the carrier.

The furniture and bathroom accessories are shipped from our centre every Tuesday morning, so the delivery time counts from that moment.

In case there is any stock shortage or an item is not available, we are committed to send you an email as soon as possible (from the date you placed the order) to communicate the time when we can send your (s) product (s). In case you were not interested in waiting, you may request a refund of the amounts you are paid by that article, so that return will be submitted within 30 days.

In the European Union, the delivery time is about 3-4 working days approximately. In all other destinations the delivery is about 10 working days for customs purposes. The delivery in time will depend on taxes paid (except custom inspections).

In any case, when the order leaves our warehouse, you can keep track of the exact location of your order and delivery date using a tracking code that we will send by e-mail and you can keep tracking from the TNT Express website.

Baniluz.com makes everything possible to comply with the deadlines listed in our online store. However, baniluz.com is not responsible for the consequences due to delayed deliveries or a loss of a packing caused by non-transportation contract, for yourself, or for reasons or causes unpredictable or insurmountable force majeure. Furthermore, the payment modality chosen by you may affect the delivery times. These periods are calculated on weekdays -Monday to Friday. We do not ship / deliver on holidays (national, regional and / or local), Saturdays, or Sundays. Delivery times shown are indicated by the carrier. In any case, a delay in delivery time limits shall not entitle the customer to demand any compensation.

In case you do not receive a package before deadline, we will conduct an investigation with the carrier that could take several days. During this period, you cannot perform any forwarding or refund the order.

We encourage you that when you receive your packaging check that everything is in accordance with your order and in perfect condition. If you do not agree with the items delivered or their condition, please sign and indicate in the carrier's delivery note anomalies found on receipt.

If you do a high volume or weight order, that cannot be carried by a single person of the transport agency, make sure that a person without a disability is available to help the dealer, not a door to door service.

If you do not pick the shipment within the time stipulated by TNT, they will charge the cost of return to our warehouse. Once received, we will refund the amount you paid for the purchase without the shipping and return costs.

 

Checking the goods for damage caused in transport

 

Some products, for its delicate and fragile nature can be damaged and break due to transport, including the external elements of the package.

Shipments are insured for the value of the goods. If your shipment has transport damage, you must indicate the anomalies in the delivery note. No claims for these causes after receipt of the goods will be accepted. Any claim motivated by transport damage to the carrier must be addressed before accepting delivery. Remember never pull the packaging of the products until check that they are undamaged and verify that all products you asked match.

Check your order (even if it means opening it carefully on the street) and if you notice that the merchandise is hit or its outer packaging has visible damage, please indicate on the delivery note from the shipping company and contact us. If the damage is not reported at that time we cannot make a claim to the carrier.

If another person signs in your place for the goods, you agree to inform this person that this should be reviewed and you accept responsibility for any loss or damage in case someone signs in your name and do not make the necessary verifications.
